Who We Are
We are a small group practice in Woodbridge, VA, with two highly-experienced mental health professionals who offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Because we understand that each person seeking our services is a truly unique individual, with different backgrounds, life experiences, perspectives, and needs, we strive to tailor our work to best suit and effectively respond to this uniqueness.
What sets us apart from other mental health practices is that, while our therapists are highly-trained and experienced in a number of therapeutic approaches, they are able to go beyond conventional treatment methods when needed.
Dr. Jason Epstein
Jason Epstein, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. His therapeutic style is highly collaborative and nonjudgmental, striving to offer an environment where the client feels deeply valued, heard, and understood, allowing him or her to work toward a more fulfilling life.
Dr. Epstein offers a personalized, comprehensive, flexible approach to care, recognizing that no one style is ideally suited for each person. He recognizes that no problem is ever “too small” for therapy, and welcomes the chance to speak with you to see if his services might be of help to you or someone in your family.
